Refunds and Exchanges:
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date and time. Stage Crafters' general policy is all ticket sales are final, no refunds accepted. In the event that a performance is rescheduled or canceled, a rain check for another performance will be provided. Tickets purchased from outlet locations that are lost or stolen are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser. Tickets purchased online via the StageCrafters.com website contain a confirmation number. This confirmation number is your ticket. Tickets will be held at the ticket booth for you to pickup the night of the performance. Valid Photo ID is required.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the StageCrafters.com website. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and Stage Crafters may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the StageCrafters.com website.
